AGENT BILLING UPDATE - ALC APPROVED LATE FEE

Starting July 1, 2025, agent bills will be sent via email by the 5th of each month. This earlier delivery will give you more time to review your bill and ensure that any errors can be corrected promptly. Your agent bill will come from noreply@accountedgeconnect.com.

As always, the ACH or credit card payment process will begin on the 15th of the month.

In the event your payment is rejected, you'll receive a notification through the same email. We understand that things can change, and we encourage you to reach out to us at klrw348@kw.com to update your payment information. A member of our staff will assist you in making those updates.

To avoid a $25 late fee, please ensure your bill is paid by the 20th day of the month. The fee will be applied on the 21st day of the month if payment is not received on time.

Please keep in mind that the Market Center bills IN ARREARS, meaning we’ve already covered expenses like E&O insurance and fees to KWRI. Clearing agent bills in a timely manner is important to maintaining our profitability and, ultimately, profit share.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at klrw348@kw.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

IMPORTANT ACTION REQUIRED - Seller and Buyer Disclosure for Signing

For those of you who haven't seen or taken action already, please comply with the following.

As a reminder, this took effect on August 7th.

Seller - Instructions to Listing Agents

For ALL agents with an active or pending residential listing, please have the attached Seller Disclosure signed before August 7th.

If the Seller is active and wishes to make any changes to their compensation to buyer's brokers, use the current modification of the listing agreement form. If they are pending, the MLS offering has now been executed and cannot be changed without all parties' consent.

There is no need to execute a new listing agreement with current sellers, active or pending, if an executed listing agreement is already in place. This disclosure does not need to be sent to sellers who have signed the ERS 20.

Buyer - Instructions to Buyer's Agents

If you have a buyer who is currently under an EBBA (executed BBA) or showing agreement that is not executed with the latest form, please have the broker disclosure to the buyer signed. Alternatively, you can execute a new agreement prior to touring another home.

1) Go to Command

2) Create an Opportunity using the Buyer(s) name

3) Select the "Documents" tab

4) Select the "Under Contract" Folder and you will see all the "Named" Placeholders for Documents

5) Upload the Executed EBBA to its Placeholder within 2 business days

6) Do Not "Submit to MC" at this time

7) Once the Buyer(s) have identified a property and have a Fully Executed Purchase Contract and supporting Documents, including a Compensation Agreement uploaded to their respective Placeholders, you will need to Rename the Opportunity from the Buyer(s) name to the Property address. You are now required to "Submit to MC" for Compliance Review.

NOTE: A Compensation Agreement may be initiated by either the Listing or Buyer Agent. Best business practice would be to have the Listing Agent supply it to you so it can be reviewed with the Buyer(s) and then returned to the Listing Agent with the Buyer(s) offer to Purchase.
